Renew a rented number
Updated 21 October 2026, 3 minute readA rented number stays yours for 30 days or a full year. Keeping it going is simple, and we remind you well before it ends.
Automatic renewal
If auto renewal is on, we renew the number from your wallet before it ends, so you never lose it. You can switch auto renewal off at any time from the number's page.
Renew manually
Open the number and tap Renew. Choose one month or a year, confirm the price, and the new end date is shown before you pay. If your wallet is short, add money in the same step.
Grace period
If a renewal does not go through in time, some providers hold the number for a short grace period. Renew within that window and you keep the same number.
When a rental ends
After the grace period the number returns to the provider and can go to someone else. Your inbox history stays in your account, but new codes stop arriving.
