What happens if the code never arrives?
We only hold the amount while you wait. If no code arrives before the 20 minute timer ends, or you cancel, the full amount goes back to your wallet automatically.
Instant or rented, which one should I pick?
Instant numbers are fine for quick sign ups, but the same number can be given to someone else later. For business or personal accounts you care about, rent the number so it stays yours.
Can I log in to WhatsApp again later?
Yes, with a rented number. New codes keep arriving in your inbox for the whole rental period. Instant numbers cannot receive new codes later.
How do I pay and do I get an invoice?
Add money to your wallet with UPI, a debit or credit card, or netbanking. Every payment comes with a GST invoice, and you can add your GSTIN in settings.
What is not allowed?
Fraud, spam, impersonation and anything illegal. Accounts used this way are closed without a refund. We also ask everyone to set a WhatsApp PIN after verifying.
