How refunds to the wallet work
Updated 23 October 2026, 3 minute readRefunds on TeliPack are built to happen on their own, so most people never need to ask. Here is exactly when money comes back to your wallet.
Instant numbers
The price is only held while you wait. If no code arrives within 20 minutes, or you cancel after two minutes, the full amount returns to your wallet automatically.
Rented numbers
If a rented number receives no message within 30 minutes of purchase and you report it, we refund it in full. After the first message arrives, rentals are not refundable.
Wallet balance
Unused wallet money is refunded to your original payment method when you close your account, after a short review. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
Where to see refunds
Open Wallet and switch the filter to Refunds. Every refund shows the order it came from and the exact amount.
A refund to your wallet is instant. A refund to a bank or card can take a few working days.
