Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026. Draft for legal review before launch. We built refunds to happen on their own, so most people never need to ask. Here is exactly when money comes back and how to cancel.
Instant numbers
The price is only held while you wait. If no code arrives before the number expires (about 20 minutes), or you cancel after the first 2 minutes, the full amount returns to your wallet automatically.
Number not working
If WhatsApp rejects a number before a code arrives, tap Number not working. You get a new number and are not charged twice.
Rented numbers
If a rented number receives no message within 30 minutes of purchase and you report it, we refund it in full. After the first message arrives, rentals are not refundable. If the provider fails during the rental, we offer a free replacement number or a pro-rata refund to your wallet.
Cancelling auto renew
Auto renew is on by default. Turn it off on the number's page at any time to stop the next charge; the current rental stays active until it ends. We remind you 72, 24 and 6 hours before a renewal if your wallet is short.
No refund after a code
Once a verification code is received on a number, that purchase is not refundable, including if WhatsApp later bans the number.
Unused wallet balance
Wallet money is non-withdrawable while your account is open. When you close your account, any unused balance is refunded to the original payment method after a short review.
How refunds reach you
Automatic refunds are credited to your TeliPack wallet right away. A refund to your original payment method (on account closure) is processed through our payment partner and usually reflects in your bank or on your card within 5 to 7 working days.
Failed payments
If money left your bank but the wallet was not credited, it is credited automatically within an hour or returned by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.
