Who can use the service
You must be 18 or older and live in India. One person may hold one account. Business accounts can add staff later.
What we provide
We provide temporary and rented phone numbers that can receive SMS, mainly verification codes. Numbers cannot make calls or send messages.
Your wallet
Money added to your wallet is used for purchases on the service. Prices include GST and are shown before every purchase. Wallet balance is non-transferable and can be refunded to the original payment method only when you close your account, after a review.
Acceptable use
You must use numbers only for lawful personal or business messaging. Fraud, spam, impersonation or anything illegal is not allowed, and we can suspend an account for abuse without a refund. The full rules are on our Acceptable Use Policy page (the tab above).
Third party apps
We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. A third party app may refuse or block a number at any time, which is outside our control. We cannot refund a number that WhatsApp bans after a code has been delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break the acceptable use policy.
