Billing questions
Do I need a subscription?No. Instant numbers are pay as you go. Rented numbers renew from your wallet only if auto renewal is on, and you can switch it off any time.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?Wallet money is used for purchases on TeliPack. If you close your account, any unused balance is refunded to the original payment method after a review.
Which payment methods work?All UPI apps, RuPay, Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards, and netbanking from major Indian banks.
Can I get a GST invoice with my company details?Yes. Add your GSTIN and business name in Settings and every future invoice will carry them.
