Delivered on screen
You receive your number and every message inside your TeliPack account. There is no SIM card, no courier and no attachment to wait for.
Instant numbers
An instant number is shown the moment your order is confirmed. Codes sent to it appear in your account right away, usually within minutes.
Rented numbers
A rented number is ready as soon as you buy it and stays yours for the full rental period you chose. Messages keep arriving in your account until the rental ends.
Wallet top ups
When you add money to your wallet, it is credited right after your payment is confirmed, and a GST invoice is emailed to you.
No delivery charge
Because the service is fully digital, there is no shipping fee and no delivery charge. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
If a number is late
If a number does not appear right after payment, the amount is credited back or refunded on its own. The Refund and Cancellation Policy lists the exact timing for each case.
